Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to Pokhara

You arrive in Kathmandu and transfer directly to the domestic airport for a flight to Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara, you will be taken to your hotel for rest and acclimatization. Enjoy the serene lakeside town with its stunning mountain views.

Flight to Jomsom and Drive to Kagbeni

Take an early morning flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, followed by a scenic drive to Kagbeni. The journey provides stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Spend the night in a local lodge in Kagbeni.

Trek to Samar (3660m)

Start your trek from Kagbeni to Samar, entering the Upper Mustang region. The trail offers views of barley fields and traditional whitewashed houses. Overnight in a local lodge in Samar.

Trek from Samar to Gheling (3570m)

Trek from Samar to Gheling, crossing valleys and streams with views of the Himalayas. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of this traditional village. Overnight in a local lodge in Gheling.

Trek from Gheling to Tsarang (3560 m)

Today you trek from Gheling to Tsarang, crossing the Tsarang Khola (river). The route offers breathtaking views of the rugged hills and distant snow-capped peaks. Overnight at a local lodge in Tsarang.

Trek from Tsarang to Lo Manthang (3810 m)

You hike from Tsarang to the ancient walled city of Lo Manthang. The route offers impressive views of Mustang's desert landscape. In the afternoon you explore the narrow streets and important monasteries of Lo Manthang.

Exploration day in Lo Manthang

The day is dedicated to exploring Lo Manthang and its surroundings. You will visit the villages of Garphu and Niphu as well as the famous Choser caves. In the evening you will return to Lo Manthang for the night.

Trek from Lo Manthang to Yara (3650 m)

You leave Lo Manthang and hike over the Lo La Pass to Yara. The route offers wonderful panoramic views of the Mustang landscape. Overnight in a local lodge in Yara.

Yara to Luri Gompa and back to Yara

Today you will visit the remote Luri Gompa, known for its ancient frescoes and spiritual significance. After exploring, you will return to Yara. The day involves about 4-5 hours of hiking.

Trek from Yara toTangye (3340 m)

Today you hike from Yara to Tangye through the valley of the Dhichvang Khola. The hike takes about 7-8 hours and takes you through some of the most remote areas of Mustang. Overnight stay in a local lodge in Tangye.

Trek from Tangye to Chhusang (2980 m)

Today you will trek from Tangye to Chhusang, crossing the Paha Col which is at 4220 meters. The route is challenging but the views from the pass are breathtaking. Overnight at a local lodge in Chhusang.

Trek from Chhusang to Muktinath (3700 m) and drive to Jomsom

From Chhusang, trek to the holy Muktinath Temple, located at 3700 meters. After visiting the temple complex, drive back to Jomsom. Overnight at OMS Home Hotel in Jomsom.

Return fight to Kathmandu via Pokhara

You fly from Jomsom to Pokhara and then on to Kathmandu. After arriving in Kathmandu, you have time to relax and explore the city. Overnight at the Kathmandu Guest House (KGH).

Enjoy a free day in Kathmandu to explore the city at your leisure. Visit cultural sites or relax at your hotel. Overnight at KGH.
